The St Laurent de Rieupeyroux church is established on a high plateau. It is oriented.
The western face is preceded by 2 enormous buttresses connected at a great height by a lowered arcade which seems to serve as the basis of a rectangular tower formerly dominated by an octagonal spire (the bell tower has been transformed since the fire).
