In the homeland of foie gras, the duck is king. And it shows ! Or rather it can be tasted. Rillettes, pâtés, sausages, confits or duck breasts: we crack, we cut, we spread and we melt for the exceptional softness and subtle aroma of sacred poultry. We might as well tell you that we can't imagine a meal without its presence.
In the family of essentials, we obviously find Armagnac and its golden notes. If the oldest eau-de-vie in France and its 700 years has lost none of its character, it is available today as desired to the delight of neophytes and connoisseurs. A cocktail Ar'Manhattan for madam, please! But who says thirst also says floc et Côtes de Gascogne wine, two distinguished guests who always embellish a table.
