When the'fall arrives Gascogne it's time to Party among many wineries ! After the harvest and vinification, it’s time for distillation. THE'alembic of the domain or the ambulant (for those who do not have one) runs at full speed day and night to produce thebrandy byArmagnac. Everyone takes the opportunity to gather around because it warms bodies, hearts (and throats 😅). Of large tables are organized at foot of the still… We take advantage of this to make a good meal gullet, toast in unison and sing beautiful songs from here for a completely South West ! 🍽️

The Brûlot quezaco? At the end of the meal, we head outside or turn off the lights in the room to do the buckling of white Armagnac. This moment is sometimes silent, we contemplate the winemaker who flambés the white and the sugar using a large ladle in a copper pan. This movement with the ladle gives an impressive flame.🔥
After a quarter of an hour show, we add to this drink oranges and pods of vanilla. This fire can finally be enjoyed hot accompanied by a coffee.☕
