At the “Château de Larée”, the Requier family welcomes you for a discovery of its centuries-old cellar and a tasting of its products, the fine and fragrant eaux-de-vie from Bas-Armagnac as well as Floc de Gascogne.
For 5 generations, Château de Larée (near Cazaubon) has been in the Requier family.
The distillation of white wines, produced mainly from Ugni-Blanc and Baco grape varieties, takes place in the fall. As soon as it leaves the still, the Armagnac is housed in oak barrels, carefully stored in the cellars where time does its work magnificently.
Many years later, the cellar master proceeds with the harmonious blends and reveals the fruit of his work:
