Domaine de Poutéou

Armagnac is the oldest French brandy.
For several generations, our family has been operating a vineyard made up of “Folle Blanche and Baco” grape varieties, on the tawny sand terroirs of Bas-Armagnac Landes and Gers.
Every year, after the harvest, we distill the white wines with our continuously heated Armagnac still.
In our cellars, Armagnac matures over the years, in “rooms” made of local oak wood (420 liter barrels), and is enriched in color, aromas and flavors.
Our vintage Armagnacs are offered at the natural aging alcohol level to respect their authenticity.
At harvest time, we produce Floc de Gascogne, a subtle blend of grape juice and Armagnac.
White or rosé, you will eat it fresh, as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to melons, foie gras, desserts.
We speak: English, French
