Riguecoop Conserverie Artisanale
It is in the small village of Riguepeu, located between two hills, near Vic-Fezensac, that epicureans, defenders of traditional duck, decided to create a Cooperative Society of Collective Interest, Riguecoop.
This Cooperative bears the sweet name of RIGUECOOP and carries far and wide the traditional and centuries-old know-how of our department.
RIGUECOOP is the first and only approved “Solidarity Company” structure in the entire world of French duck fat. Feeders, breeders, employees, partners and volunteers are ALL Associated Cooperators in the operation of their Cooperative: RIGUECOOP.
You will be able to discover local products and taste the culinary delights of our beautiful region.
The cooperators will welcome you to present fresh products (breasts, foie gras, rillettes, sausages and dried products, raw duck foie gras) and preserves, from their local production. They will take you into the world of fat duck and tell you about their profession with passion.
Cannery open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 19 p.m.
1/ services: show-room (presentation of products for sale)
2/ tasting products: Foie gras, confits, pâtés and rilettes, duck meats (breasts, aiguillettes, hearts, thighs, etc.)
