  Outward shuttles are organized on Thursday and Friday. Return shuttles are scheduled for Monday. The Go shuttles will leave at the end of the day from Toulouse-Matabiau station, via Blagnac airport, to stop at the Arènes de Vic-Fezensac roundabout. The Return shuttle will travel the opposite way. SINGLE PRICE: €15 Return | Person. Free for accompanied children under 16 years old
• AGEN – VIC-FEZENSAC
  Outward shuttles are organized on Thursday and Friday. Return shuttles are scheduled for Monday. The Go shuttles will leave at the end of the day from Agen station and will stop at Condom station and on the village square of Castéra-Verduzan, to head towards the Arènes de Vic-Fezensac roundabout. The Return shuttle will travel the opposite way. SINGLE PRICE: €15 Return | Person Free for accompanied children under 16 years old
• AUCH – VIC-FEZENSAC
  This transport network is organized by the road safety of the Gers department. You can take advantage of these shuttles without prior reservation.

From €418 per person 4 nights / 5 days depending on the accommodation selected.

What the price includes:

• 4 nights and 4 breakfasts from Thursday evening to Monday morning
• The concert-arena pass at a preferential rate

What the price does not include:

• Meals (except the VIP meal)
• Thursday's opening concert
• The tourist tax

The customer does not benefit from the right of withdrawal for the purchase of tourist services in accordance with article L.121-2-8 of the Consumer Code.

• If, for whatever reason, the customer must cancel their stay, the sums they have paid will be refunded, less the cancellation fees below: 
  Up to 21 days before the start of the contract: no cancellation fees.
  From 20 to 5 days before the start of the contract: 50% of the amount of the service.
  Less than 4 days before the start of the contract: 100% of the amount of the service.
• Any cancellation request must be sent to OTAA by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to its address: 2 Rue Félix Soulès- 32800 ÉAUZE, the date of signature of the acknowledgment of receipt being taken as proof.
  If the customer is covered by their bank card insurance or if they have taken out cancellation insurance, and if the reason for their cancellation is covered by their travel insurance contract, the customer must make a declaration within the 5 days from your insurer.
