What is La Flamme de l’Armagnac?

In the 3 neighboring departments, Gers, Landes and Lot et Garonne winter is spent in the warmth, at the foot of the still. The time of the distillation of Armagnac rang !

It all starts a few months after the harvest, towards the end of October when the distillers take action.

Some producers have their own still on site and ensure the proper production of the oldest eau-de-vie in France!
