En January it is still the period of distillation about areas en Armagnac ! So when I learned that the Lagajan Estate made a Distillation Brunch I jumped at the chance to test it ✅ You will learn something about me... I'm a big gourmet, a good living person and on top of that I love brunches ! This event was made for me 😍

The still ⚗️

Le Lagajan Estate owns his alembic which works at wood fire. Its warmth warms us up nicely while we finish our meal. They explain to us how the still works and we end up tasting the white that comes out of the spout. Water that sets fire! 💧🔥


Le Brûlot 🔥

Finally, the owners of the estate, Gisèle and Katia, flambé the white Armagnac in a copper pan! We add citrus🍋 to the preparation and we can finally savor 😋 It’s beautiful, isn’t it? 🥰
