The kitchen with gas stove and electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster, radio/CD and a large wood stove with central heating system. A glass door leads onto the shaded terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
The living room has a large open fireplace, and a convertible sofa (160 cm).
The room on the south-east side has a magnificent view of the Château de Bazian and is equipped with a 160 cm bed, a sofa and a bookcase.
The east side bedroom has 2 120 cm sleigh beds.
Mid-floor there is a reading corner but also the bathroom with the washing machine; the WC is separate.
The whole measures 110 m².
The parking lot is sheltered by the hangar.

Shared swimming pool 5x10m, trampoline, games room, table football, fishing lake, access to tennis at 1300m.
