Pentecotavic, the event not to be missed in Vic-Fezensac, which is one of the biggest festivals in the South-West. This popular festival brings together “aficionados” but also many festayres. People come to Vic at all ages, to have fun, dance, laugh, share.
3 days of extreme madness
It is near 10 free concerts and 250 brass band musicians who liven up the city throughout the weekend, musical groups from France but also from Quebec, Australia and Belgium. Numerous inter-generational activities are offered: a rugby sevens tournament, a Sevillian ball, an arts circuit with 14 exhibition locations, bullfighting games for everyone. A large burlesque parade crosses the city bringing conviviality and good humor. All animated by bodegas where you can sing and have fun like nowhere else, equipped with your best Sailor.
Adopt the “festayre attitude”: scarf tied around your neck, a well-fitted Marinière T-shirt from the edition, and above all good humor and flair-play as a bonus 🥳

On the Arena side
No less than 6 bullfights in the Arena Joseph Fourniol from Saturday to Monday, for Toros en Vic 2024, the Taurin Club promises a beautiful selection, always with the same philosophy: “We wish to be the ambassadors of a bullfighting of respect and authenticity, which would come from a simple idea: “the animal is at least as important than the one who confronts it.”

Pentecostavic is also Children's Day! Activities and events are dedicated to them, they mix at the party with parents and grandparents and their smiles are worth all the rewards! See for yourself!
Monday afternoon, anything goes!
- At 14 p.m., it’s the big departure for the parade of children and adolescents with a departure from the church square to arrival at the kiosk.
- Under the kiosk the election of the 3 most beautiful children's costumes and the family competition for the 3 most beautiful disguises!
- At 15 p.m .: young audience show
- At 16 p.m. free snack well deserved to all the children
- 16h15: 3 workshops are offered : the painting/drawing workshop, the wooden spinning top creation workshop, the puppet creation workshop.
- Without forgetting, WillyWoodToy's and its wooden games, all afternoon.
- To end this beautiful afternoon, a passage through the fun fair fairground square
And the culture in all that…
For many years, the Pentecôtavic association has worked with Vicoises associations to highlight multi-talented artists in various bodegas, cafes and dedicated spaces. An opportunity to discover many talents through the “Circuit of the Arts” where you will appreciate their creations: designers, illustrators, sculptors, engravers, photographers… experiencing the holidays differently, it’s not so bad 😍
Party safely
To travel safely during the Pentecôtavic festival, shuttles are set up between Vic-Fezensac and Auch, in partnership with the Prefecture of Gers and the Department of Gers.

ACACIA
The Rugby stadium in Vic-Fezensac takes on the colors of the feria. 25€ per camper. The price includes €5 for the location and €20 for the 3-day Pentecôtavic entry pass (so you will have your pass for the party!)
Please note: at the Acacias campsite, entry for cars is chargeable: €10 per vehicle for the weekend.
FAQ
And how does camping work?
First of all, it is not a campsite, it is a reception area set up by the town hall, with toilets. There are no reservations for the reception area! As we say “first come, first served”.

Should you be dressed in red and white for the Pentecotavic Feria?
- NOOOO! The sailor top is the symbol of the Pentecostavic association which is pleased to be able to sell them to you. They are updated every year and you can find them in our tourist information offices.
Where can you get your Corrida tickets?
- From the Vicois Bullfighting Club (05 62 06 56 55). However, the Armagnac & D'Artagnan tourist office offers you stays including accommodation, bullfighting places, and VIP access (so does that tempt you?)
